About the Pharmacy:
This community pharmacy is located in Townsville-the capital of North Queensland, offering year-round sunshine, reef access, and a vibrant coastal lifestyle. Part of a respected pharmacy group, it operates extended hours and maintains a strong reputation for professional services and patient care.
Your Role:
As Pharmacist in Charge, you'll lead a well-supported dispensary team to ensure seamless daily operations. You'll:
* Oversee medication packing (handled by a Technician).
* Contribute to vaccination and other clinical services.
* Maintain high standards of patient engagement and customer care.
* Collaborate closely with other Pharmacists, 2 Technicians, an Intern, and front-of-shop team members.
This is a rotational roster that includes being a part of early evenings and weekends. Final negotiable schedule to be discussed at interview.
What You'll Need:
* AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist.
* Good leadership and team co-ordination skills.
* Minfos dispensing experience preferred.
* A customer-first attitude and clinical service mindset.
* Willingness to work across the roster (weekends/public holidays attract higher rates).
Hourly Rates & Benefits:
$60/hr + super (Mon-Fri).
$70/hr (Saturday).
$80/hr (Sunday).
$100/hr (Public Holidays).
