Job Description
As a highly skilled Software PreSales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by providing expert pre-sales consultation and delivering tailored demonstrations of our cutting-edge ERP solutions. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to craft innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish Credibility: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior buyers and decision-makers, providing expert guidance on our ERP solutions.
* Design and Deliver Demonstrations: Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations, including deep dives into our ERP and partner solutions.
* Craft Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft tailored solutions addressing client needs.
* Develop Proposals: Assist in developing proposals, pricing models, and solution briefs.

* Identify Risks: Identify and mitigate technical risks during solution planning and delivery.
* Seamless Solution Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect role in the software industry.
* Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and experience in designing software solutions for Mining, Mining Services, or Construction industries.
* Broad Business Knowledge: Broad business knowledge in areas like GL, AP, inventory, supply chain, and assets.
* Design and Demonstration Skills: Proven ability to design and demonstrate software solutions, particularly in industries like mining, manufacturing, or construction.
* Presentation Abilities: Strong presentation abilities and experience in delivering solution demonstrations.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, think on your feet, and handle pressure.
* Proficiency: Proficiency in delivering presentations and technical demonstrations.
