Sap Architecture is a client-focused architectural practice specialising in energy-efficient design and Passive House principles. We're looking for an Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect with at least 1 year of industry experience to join our small team and work directly alongside the Director.
About the role
This role suits someone who is motivated, takes ownership, and is committed to producing high-quality work.
You will work directly alongside the Director across residential and commercial/public projects, with exposure to the full project lifecycle — concept, design development, planning, documentation and delivery. As a small practice, we operate with a high level of accountability and efficiency, and your contribution will be tangible across live projects.

Key responsibilities
· Assist with concept design, design development and documentation
· Produce and coordinate drawings and documentation packages (Revit)
· Support town planning and consultant coordination
· Assist with tender and construction documentation
· Contribute to project delivery, quality control and internal standards
· Communicate clearly with consultants and clients
About you
· Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect
· Minimum 1 year experience in an architectural practice
· Strong Revit capability
· Advanced level proficiency in Revit is required
· Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing fundamentals
· Organised, proactive and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Interest in energy-efficient design / passive solar / Passive House principles (highly regarded)
· Australian work rights are required for this position
