Are you a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience delivering Workday implementations? We're looking for a Business Analyst who brings deep experience in process improvement, vendor engagement, budget management and data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape the future of enterprise systems in a purpose-led, people-focused environment. Key responsibilities will include: Drive the requirements gathering process for the Workday implementation across HR, Finance and related functions Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes to support future-state operating models Collaborate with key stakeholders to document current state and define future state processes Support the evaluation and selection of third-party vendors and systems integrators Monitor and track budget expenditure, providing insights and reporting as needed Work closely with data teams to ensure integrity and quality of data migration and reporting structures Act as a liaison between business units, project teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery As the successful candidate, you will offer: Proven experience as a Business Analyst on a Workday implementation Strong understanding of process mapping, improvement methodologies and business case development Experience in vendor selection, commercial assessment and contract review Skilled in budget tracking and financial reporting within a project context Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skills Strong data literacy - able to understand, interpret and contribute to data architecture and migration plans Exposure to healthcare, or a similarly highly regulated sector is desirable In return, you will have the opportunity toto work on a meaningful project within a values-driven organisation making a difference in people's lives.
