About The Role
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional front-of-house service while supporting daily administrative and operational tasks.
This includes managing general receptionist duties, providing friendly and efficient customer service, responding to emails, preparing quotes, and supporting basic sales enquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
•Managing general receptionist duties such as greeting customers and handling incoming communications
•Providing friendly and efficient customer service both in person and over the phone
•Responding to emails, preparing quotes, and supporting basic sales enquiries
•Supporting access coordination and general administrative operations
•Managing stock levels and placing orders
About You
p>We are looking for a proactive candidate with the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential. Additionally we seek candidates who have strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues stakeholders & clients on all level.
