Job Description
Working from the Brisbane head office, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing the Queensland territory. Your focus will be on generating new business while strengthening relationships across a wide network of partners, managed service providers, and direct enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Achieving agreed sales targets across new business accounts
* Maximising revenue from existing panels and preferred supplier arrangements
* Expanding direct customer accounts and identifying new opportunities
* Growing and nurturing partner and channel relationships
* Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline aligned to sales targets
* Managing and developing both new and existing accounts
* Representing the company at industry, marketing and sales events
* Managing tender responses, RFPs and panel submissions
The Successful Applicant
You will bring proven experience in IT sales, ideally in a solutions, services, OEM or related technology environment. You are self‑motivated, results‑driven, and confident building strategic, long‑term client and partner relationships.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Demonstrate
* Experience in solution‑based selling with the ability to clearly articulate value
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing full sales cycles
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including RFP/EOI responses
* Capability to use internal systems for customer management and reporting
* Ability to engage and negotiate at all levels
* Experience working with partner networks (highly regarded)
* Exposure to IT asset lifecycle services, managed services, environmental services or OEM environments (advantageous but not essential)
