We are seeking a Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager to provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth running of our clinic. Your key responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, performing hearing screenings, and leading training sessions for our retail team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Perform hearing screenings and assess customers' hearing needs.
* Lead training sessions for the retail team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements

Audiology Training Provided
