Title: Senior Administration Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $80,029.58 to $93,006.52 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join an exciting team in the Development Assessment Unit.
The Key Focus Areas Of This Role Include
* Provide effective administrative support for the unit in an efficient, professional and timely manner
* Manage the coordination of the administrative components of Planning Panel meetings, such as the creation of agendas, minute taking, and the registration of speakers.
* Manage development application processes within the NSW Planning Portal and Council's systems, including creation and registration, notification processes, additional information requests, and determination of applications.
* Express an active interest in being involved in unit business improvement initiatives.
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our high performing Business Systems & Administration Team. You'll bring a continuous improvement mindset and a high level of attention to detail when completing daily tasks. You'll have demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to complete tasks within defined timeframes.
