HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a dedicated APS3 Participant Support Officer to join a dynamic government team in Surry Hills, Sydney.
This role is part of a specialised branch that supports people with disability who face additional complexity due to personal or situational factors.
You'll be providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure participants receive timely, accurate, and compassionate service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and resolving participant matters in line with legislation
- Providing front-of-house support including reception and kiosk assistance
- Handling enquiries and coordinating appointments
- Managing shared inboxes and telephone communications
- Performing data entry, reporting, and basic research tasks
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders with clear communication
