This is a fast paced and varied role where you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing customer enquiries, scheduling jobs, supporting the team on the road and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented scheduler to manage scheduling activities across our teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating appointments, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule jobs across our client base
* Manage bookings, timesheets, and job allocation to support efficient delivery
* Communicate with clients and trades to confirm timing, access, scope, and updates
* Administer jobs from setup through to completion ready for invoicing
* Monitor and support achievement of client and internal KPIs, including tracking rectifications and communicating outcomes
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support our performance and growth
* Work within multiple client systems and portals to meet external requirements and
* Complete day to day department administration, supporting the operations team
* Data entry and preparation of weekly and monthly reports as required
* Adhoc administration tasks to support the wider service team
Skills & Experience
* 3 years minimum proven experience in scheduling and operational coordination
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
* Proficiency in scheduling software (ServiceM8 desired but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
