About the Role Our team in Melbourne has experienced unprecedented growth and as a result we are looking for a dedicated and professional Admin Assistant to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the team. This role will see you collaborating with the Advisory Executive Assistants and the wider team to ensure our teams meet the needs of our clients and internal BDO requirements. What you’ll be doing Assist in managing the Client Relation Management (CRM) database while ensuring data integrity - client details, bids, marketing events and business development activities. Provide financial administrative support - timesheets, billing and processing of accounts for payment. Processing expense claims for Partners and Directors within appropriate timeframes. Processing of Conflict and Independence Checks - submitting checks, monitoring progress and filing of final sign-off in client electronic files. Assist in preparing first draft of Client Acceptance Procedures for the onboarding of new clients. Assist in maintaining marketing credentials and other business development initiatives, as required. Assist Executive Assistants in managing a range of projects to deliver initiatives. Maintain office filing and storage systems including archiving. Arrange meetings - booking rooms, catering, telephone/video conference facilities. Assist with ingoing and outgoing mail. Assisting with People and Culture activities including Red Awards, team functions, PERKS, team meetings. About the team Our Advisory Services team deliver a full spectrum of services and projects, working with our clients to identify and resolve problems, developing fit for purpose solutions and providing ongoing support to increase effectiveness and value. Our teams provide transaction, risk, and consulting services to clients navigating an exceptional range of challenges, changes, and opportunities. About you This position will be based in our Docklands office and the successful applicant must be available to attend the office minimum 4-days per week. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work. This role would suit someone who would like a career in administration.
