We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the construction and maintenance of our civil assets, oversee our fleet and workshop, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will see the impact of your work every day - from safer roads to community infrastructure. You will be responsible for:
* Leading construction and maintenance teams
* Oversight of design and construction projects
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Maintenance of accurate records and reporting
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses:
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or 5+ years' senior civil works experience
* Proven experience leading construction and maintenance teams
* Strong design and construction background
* Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
* Ability to work well with people and keep projects on track
What We Offer:
A competitive salary package including:
* $135,000-$155,000 + super (up to 17% with co-contribution)
