Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Practice Manager to lead our Client Engagement team in delivering complex cyber and risk consulting engagements.
This is a leadership role that requires someone with expertise in scoping, delivering, and managing ongoing client-facing programs of work.
About the Role
* Deliver expert-level cyber advice and consulting to clients.
* Lead engagements across the full range of cyber domains, with a focus on Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC), DR, BCP, Incident Response Frameworks, Cyber Security Culture & Awareness, Cyber Uplift Programs.
* Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities in the cyber risk and advisory space.
* Contribute internally and deliver externally robust Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, ASD Essential 8, ISM, SACSF.
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to a growing team of cyber consultants.
* Represent us at industry events and with key partners, building strong collaborative relationships.
Requirements
* Leadership and mentoring skills, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role.
* Expertise in developing and implementing ISMS and security frameworks, with a strong preference for ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification.
* Strong understanding of:
o Risk assessments, treatments, and ongoing management
o ISM, ISO 27001, ASD E8, SA CSF, and related compliance and accreditation processes
o End-to-end project lifecycle with a focus on secure-by-design
o Security architecture and ICT integration
o Proven business development acumen with ability to identify and win opportunities
o Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
o Proven ability to lead and manage projects, develop proposals, and work with various levels of stakeholders.
o Knowledge and exposure to a wide range of technologies including Cloud, Networking, and Applications.
