The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal leadership role, overseeing store operations, employee management, visual merchandising, and asset protection. In the absence of the Store Manager, they assume full managerial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and motivation to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends to ensure seamless customer interactions.
* Promote a positive work environment by partnering with customers, sales associates, and store leadership to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting, preferably with at least 1 year of tenure.
* Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
* Able to maintain flexibility with availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
