About The Role
Contract Role minimum 12 months – Greenfield Implementation, Brand New Maintenance Platform, Major Transformation.
Collins Foods is replacing its existing maintenance system with a brand new, modern platform, a true greenfield opportunity to design and deliver best‐practice asset maintenance processes from the ground up.
This is a high‐impact, hands‐on role for a Business Analyst who is passionate about maintenance systems and ready to take on a significant challenge in a large‐scale, multi‐site transformation program.
If you've delivered CMMS/EAM implementations before and love building something new rather than patching the old, this is your next big move.
What You'll Do
* Lead dynamic workshops to capture and shape future‐state maintenance requirements for the new platform
* Analyse legacy processes and design innovative, practical, best‐practice solutions
* Drive requirements traceability, solution evaluation, and key configuration decisions
* Play a hands‐on role across the full delivery lifecycle, from data migration and system configuration through to testing, go‐live, and hyper‐care
* Coordinate UAT, resolve defects, and deliver outstanding user adoption and training support
* Act as the vital bridge between maintenance teams, technology specialists, and external vendors
* Contribute to post go‐live optimisation that will transform maintenance practices across hundreds of sites
About You
You're a confident, delivery-focused Business Analyst with real experience in maintenance and asset management systems. You thrive on greenfield projects and are excited by the opportunity to design and implement a brand‐new platform.
You'll Bring
* Strong proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Specialist on CMMS, EAM, or enterprise maintenance platform implementations
* Excellent skills in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and workshop facilitation
* The ability to communicate and influence effectively with both technical and operational stakeholders
* A structured, proactive, solutions‐oriented mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
* Background in maintenance, asset management, facilities, field operations or multi‐site environments (QSR, retail or hospitality experience is a big plus)
