About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position where you will use your expertise to manage our branch operations, drive efficiency and maintain high standards of compliance. You will prioritize business performance through tracking key performance indicators, reporting and delivering on strategic plans.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and developing competencies in your team, managing day-to-day branch operations, leading by example and being a lifelong learner. You will also be responsible for building connections with customers and the community.


Key Responsibilities

1. Coaching and developing team members to achieve their performance and career development goals.
2. Managing and streamlining day-to-day branch operations to ensure timely and precise completion of all operational and risk tasks.
3. Prioritizing business performance through tracking key performance indicators, reporting and delivering on strategic plans.
4. Leading by example and prioritizing customer experience.
5. Being a lifelong learner and bringing your brilliant mind to take your career to the next level.
6. Building connections with customers and the community.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Retail banking experience.
* Experience in personal and residential lending.
* Natural people leadership capabilities and a desire to mentor and develop staff.
* Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.
* The skills to embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements.
* Ability to use customer feedback to continue to build and improve our connection with our customers.
