Job Title: Early Childhood Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking individuals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families to join our team at Armstrong Creek East Children's Centre.
This is a wonderful opportunity to earn while you learn, as you will commence your Certificate III or upskill to a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care as soon as possible.
You will have mentors to assist with all aspects of your learning and will be given study time at the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children
* Develop rapport and positive working relationships with stakeholders and families from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds
Requirements:
* A valid Employee Working with Children Check
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting)
* Successfully completed 'Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations for the Early Childhood Sector' training
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Regulations
