We are seeking a qualified professional to manage our retail operation. The role involves overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including sales, staff, and stock management.

Major Responsibilities:
* Oversee pricing, stock control, and daily operations of the retail operation.
* Manage budgets, costing, and financial planning.
* Maintain accurate statistical and financial records.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff through feedback and coaching.
* Supervise staff performance to ensure high standards.
* Implement and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and purchasing within budget constraints.
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints to maintain the retail operation's reputation.
* Maintain constant communication with staff and customers.
* Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have an AQF Diploma Level and relevant on-the-job experience, with at least 2 years as a retail manager or in a managerial role.
Candidates should demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, along with data analysis familiarity and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, friendly personality and high visual merchandising standards are essential.
