The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in securing service orders and agreements, driving improvements across service operational portfolios, developing business, and achieving targets.
This position requires exceptional time management, organisational skills, and strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include preparing spare parts and offerings, updating training brochures, managing customer training schedules and records, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining facilities and equipment.

Additionally, this position involves providing data for reports on customer satisfaction, sales, marketing, engineering, quality control, support, and employee satisfaction, as well as planning and administration of preventative maintenance and proactive onsite visits.

To be successful, you will have at least 4 years' experience in I&C sales, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, and leadership, sales, and customer service skills.

Project experience with plant realisation engineering and services is preferred, along with competence in IT tools such as Microsoft office suites, SAP, Salesforce, and Management experience may be advantageous.

Engineering degree and knowledge of Siemens Energy DCS T3000 are also desirable.
