Lead up to 14 people across the iconic roofline and share witty commentary and stories atop the stunning Optus Stadium while taking in the breathtaking city skyline. You don't need to have any specific training – just a current First Aid certification, good health, a positive attitude and a love of meeting and sharing stories with a variety of people

About the Role
Do you love sharing experiences and stories? Are you passionate about Perth's sporting and entertainment culture? If so, this could be your moment to shine We're looking for enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our team as Ozone Roof Tour Leaders. In this unique role, you'll lead guests through an immersive, high-altitude experience atop Optus Stadium, delivering a mix of education, excitement, and breathtaking views
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a memorable, entertaining, and safe guided tour in alignment with our 'Fans First' philosophy.
* Lead visitors across various stadium spaces, offering insights into the stadium's history, design, and significance in the Perth community.
* Engage and connect with guests of all ages, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited throughout the experience.
* Monitor and enforce safety procedures, including correct use of equipment and adherence to guidelines.
* Assist with tour operations, including guest check-ins, harness fittings, and pre-tour briefings, tour set up and packdown.

Now we aren't going to lie – It's not going to be all clear skies – Our roof experiences have their challenges including working in all weather conditions – except for electrical storms, hail and high winds - Lucky mother nature also loves our experiences…. Most of the time
This role is perfect for a uni student We are also looking for people with regular, weekly availability.
Let's get physical
The OZONE can be physically demanding on its Roof Tour Leaders – but it is also one of the best parts of the job – No gym required on a work day
Each OZONE experience will take approximately unique in their own right, however vary in duration from 45 minutes to 2 hours to complete with a total duration on the roof for approximately 75 minutes. We may require our Roof Tour Leaders to complete up to three experiences in a day.
As such, the job has some prerequisites:
* You must be physically able to wear a harness and carry equipment weighing up to a total of 9kg whilst leading our experiences unassisted.
* You will be required to clearly project your voice and provide commentary to your group throughout the experience in a controlled and engaging manner.
* You will need to be coordinated – not quite a gymnast, but you will need to bend, squat, carry, lift, stoop and stand in stationary positions on grated walkways for prolonged periods.
* You must be able to cope with moderate physical exertion at heights up to 50 metres for periods including outdoor walking and climbing along industrial style walkways, ladders, stairs and steps.
There are also physical restrictions which our Roof Tour Leaders (and all our Patrons) must adhere to for safety:
* Minimum height – 135 cm
* Minimum weight – 40 kg
* Maximum weight – 134 kg
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a tour guide, outdoor adventure leader, or in a similar customer-facing role.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Working at Heights certification (preferred but not essential).
* Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
* Passionate about Optus Stadium and Perth's sports and entertainment scene.
* Committed to safety – with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Working Hours (Casual)
The OZONE is a 7-day tourist focused business operating all year round. From dawn to night and even during match day, there are always experiences being delivered. We are looking for casuals who can offer consistent and regular availability during the week and weekends to join the team.
Training
There is a lot to learn from our safety operations to stories we tell. Training is delivered in an intense 2-week period, consisting of theory and practical training, real-time buddy shifts and ongoing training. Training is forecast to commence early February, following interview process. Successful applicants must be able to this training as well as ongoing availability into the role to practice, maintain and successfully deliver the many elements of this role
