About the Role

You will support the promotion and engagement of our leadership development programs by assisting with outreach, client conversations, and marketing initiatives using established systems and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Professionally represent and introduce our leadership development programs
* Develop and support digital marketing initiatives and ad-based campaigns
* Monitor marketing performance and engagement metrics
* Implement structured outreach strategies using approved platforms
* Conduct professional introductory interviews and follow-up conversations
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
* Provide guidance and support to prospective participants exploring our programs
* Maintain professional communication and compliance standards
* Accurately manage records within company CRM systems
What We're Looking For
To be considered you should:
* Have 5+ years professional work experience
* Currently reside in Australia
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Be self-directed and comfortable working remotely
* Have a genuine interest in leadership development and personal growth
* Be confident conducting professional online meetings
* Be proactive, organised and results-focused
* Be open to learning new marketing and communication strategies
* Have a minimum availability of 15 hours per week
