This is a dynamic and varied role for a passionate Chef Manager. From daily food offerings across our Retail, through toFunctions andEvents, no two days will ever be the same!In this role you will showcase your talents in a centralised production kitchen with state-of-the-art facilities, managing a strong culinary brigade.
Key Duties
* Plan, supervise,monitorand evaluate the food production and menu-based catering
* Successfully managing,mentoringand developingyour culinaryteam including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
* Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
* Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
* Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene,safetyand cleanliness
The Person
* An unwavering love of food and the art of cooking
* 2 years' experience managing a busy kitchen
* Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
* Experience in stock control, ordering, management of food costs, and budgeting
* Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating
* Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
