Requirements for this role
Flexible hours available
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Minimum 2 years of experience in woodfire cooking including pizza – this is essential.
Reliability and responsibility in managing your section.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
A genuine passion for food and commitment to excellence.

Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality.
Maintain consistency and attention to detail in every service.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to develop menus and specials.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.
