About Us
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is an exceptional environment to advance your career while enhancing your skills and expertise. As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we deliver a comprehensive range of public health services across the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Regions.

NBMLHD Community Mental Health offers a range of specialised services for children, young people, families and older people, through our community-based services and health centres. Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.

An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join the team at Katoomba and Springwood Community Health Centre. This role supports a community based mental health and child and family health service that is committed to delivering high quality, person centred care to the local community.

Working across both sites, you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the service and providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients, families and stakeholders.

As an Administration Officer, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team within a complex service delivery environment. Your work will contribute to the efficient management of the team by supporting clinicians and managers, managing enquiries, coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records, all while demonstrating professionalism, discretion and a strong focus on service quality.

This role would suit someone who is organised, adaptable and enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare setting. You will bring strong communication skills, a positive approach to teamwork and a genuine interest in supporting community health services that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

If you are looking for a rewarding administration role where your contribution supports the wellbeing of the community, we would love to hear from you. Apply now to join a dedicated team committed to care, collaboration and continuous improvement.
