We are on the lookout for a highly talented and experienced Training and HR Advisorto join our dynamic team at Emmy Monash, located in Caulfield North.
This is a highly collaborative role, where you will work alongside Managers and Supervisors, and report to the Executive Manager - People & Culture (P&C). We require someone who is flexible and positive with a "can do" attitude. The role is responsiblefor education and training coordination and administration, partnering with Managers to strengthen staff capability and leadership development, and ensuring high service quality and compliance standards are maintained. The role will also assist the Executive Manager - P&C in the delivery of general P&C advice and support to supervisors and managers.
Some of the duties include:
* Develop, coordinate and/or assist in the delivery of induction and mandatory training programs
* Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure timely assignment, monitoring and evaluation of training, aligned with organisational, legislative, and regulatory requirements
* Participate in the development and implementation of annual training calendars and ad-hoc sessions, aligned with strategic priorities, organisational, legislative and regulatory requirements, training needs analysis and staff professional development
* Support supervisors and managers with general P&C advice consistent with policies, procedures, Emmy Monash Aged Care Agreement 2024 (EBA), and relevant legislation
* Assist supervisors and managers with staff matters
* Assist in the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Coordinate face-to-face training schedules including room bookings, invitations, attendance reporting, catering, room preparation etc.
This is a full time, permanent position (4 days per week can be considered).

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualifications or experience in Learning and Development and/or Human Resources
* Experience in scheduling and coordinating training and education sessions or programs
* Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements
* Experience influencing and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
* Strongcomputerliteracy withworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice Suite
