Overview
Travel + Leisure Co. is the world's leading vacation ownership and travel membership company with a dynamic portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. We are looking to grow our talented team for our newest property, Club Wyndham Bellinzona in Hepburn Springs, Daylesford. As a Chef De Partie, you will run the day‐to‐day kitchen operations, assist with menu planning and design with the Head Chef, and ensure food and beverages are served promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
* Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
* Place the highest importance on food safety and hygiene of food preparation as outlined in the HACCP principles and local guidelines.
* Display eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills.
* Strive to minimize food wastage.
* Provide an exceptional guest experience.
* Put forth input on menus, rosters, and other team‐related issues.
* Audit kitchen stock and grocery lines daily and order stock as required.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations, coordinating tasks, managing time effectively, and maintaining a high standard of service.
