Overview
* The Transformation Lead – Finance Reporting & Analytics is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and adoption of SA Health's finance reporting transformation initiative, with a strong focus on Local Health Network (LHN) engagement and change management.
* The role provides deep subject matter expertise in public sector financial reporting and forecasting, driving the transition from manual, Excel-based processes to a standardised, system-driven reporting model.
* The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to influence stakeholders, lead design and delivery activities, and ensure successful adoption of improved reporting processes across SA Health.

* A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).
Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

* Sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Understanding of general ledger structures, financial hierarchies, and reporting frameworks
