BEC Engineering is a well-established and respected Electrical, Power and Control Systems Engineering Services firm located in West Perth.We are currently involved in a range of projects both within Australia and internationally, and with further excellent projects in the pipeline, we are inviting applications for Senior / Electrical Designers with 4+ years of experience.ResponsibilitiesThe position will play an important role in the drafting team. Tasks will include;
* Provide electrical design and drafting support for a range of projects.
* Produce single line, schematic and termination diagrams as required by the drawing office.
* Coordinate the drawings for each project, ensuring the accurate recording of revisions and tracking of documents.
* Review and recommend design improvements in consultation with project engineers.
* Liaise with clients, relevant authorities and suppliers as required to ensure accuracy of drawings
Qualifications and ExperienceCandidates should have the following;
* Project design experience, ideally in minerals processing applications.
* Experience in developing Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams and Termination Diagrams.
* Proven AutoCAD experience (essential)
* MicroStation experience (essential)
* Ability to interpret project specifications.
* Ability to deliver tasks within the required time frames.
* A demonstrable positive can-do attitude.
