Followmont Transport is currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team in Townsville. As a valued member of the team you will play a key role in moving freight with a focus on safely loading and unloading B-Double Trailers & Tautliner Trucks, zoning and scanning tasks as well as reporting and customer service.
Best suited to a motivated and safety focused individual that has proven experience in transport or forklift operation.
The Opportunity:
- Full time Permanant Opportunity
- Work life balance focused shifts:
Night shift | 12:00am Start till 7:36am
Day shift | 7:00am Start till 3:6pm
- Efficiently unload general freight from body trucks & trailers and ensure placed in the correct zone to ensure no misdirects.
- Strapping and securing freight trailers while sorting freight when required.
About you;
- Must hold a current forklift license (LF) with previous experience loading and unloading from body trucks and trailers.
- Ability to Provide a Criminal History Check
