About the role

You will be responsible for managing the implementation process end to end, engaging with stakeholders across the business, and ensuring the systems are embedded successfully.
Your ability to win people over, explain the "why," and help teams embrace change will be just as important as your project management capability.
Duties and responsibilities
Consult with the leadership team within the business to identify business needs and project requirements
Translate business requirements into achievable project deliverables
Conduct meetings, workshops and presentations to assist with the roll out of each new system
Establish project schedules, timelines and milestones and be hands on in managing the end to end process (from implementation and then ongoing support)
Work with a high level of autonomy to provide solutions, strategies and recommendations to the business
Facilitate open communication and discussions between all stakeholders to ensure collaboration in project requirements
Skills, Qualities and Experience required
Demonstrated experience leading projects through to implementation, ideally involving new systems or processes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills - you know how to "read the room," adapt your style, and bring people on the journey
Highly developed communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive, with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels
A strong sense of emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
Excellent time management and organisational ability - you can juggle competing demands without losing sight of deadlines
Commercially minded, strategic, and proactive in driving improvements and adoption of change
Benefits and Culture
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants their work to make a visible, lasting impact.
You'll join a successful and well-established organisation that continues to prosper and evolve.

Though this is an initial 12 month fixed term contract, there is some expectation that this will be extended beyond.
