We are searching for Certified Fitness Trainers to join our planet In this position, you will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. Other responsibilities include creating a positive member experience and providing a friendly & beneficial level of training to Planet Fitness members & guests.

* Creating the class schedule which includes member orientation and individual classes where programs are designed specifically for members.
* Proactively engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to safely use the equipment.
* Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone.
* Be readily available for members when classes are not in session.
* Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in
* Be a team player
Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Punctuality & reliability is a must
* Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.
* CPR/AED Certified (if not, training to be provided by Planet Fitness)
* Personal training experience preferred.
Physical Demands of the Certified Fitness Trainer role:
* Moving about in different positions, including lifting, bending and twisting
* Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Compensation
Hourly, Quarterly Bonus, Education Reimbursement
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
