About Us
AbleKids Therapy Service is an allied health practice located in beautiful Geraldton, WA, a vibrant community on WA's Coral Coast. Enjoy a laidback lifestyle with cafes, galleries, street art, and our gorgeous coastline, wildflowers, and trails. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and psychology services, primarily supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as clients of all ages. We serve NDIS participants and private clients, using family-centred, evidence-based, and strengths-based approaches while collaborating with other professionals. We also extend our services to remote areas in the Midwest region through direct provision and telehealth services. At AbleKids, we deliver a high standard of professionalism and are committed to evidence-based practice and family-centred care.
About the Position
Primarily involves the assessment and treatment of infants, pre-school, and school-aged children with developmental delays or difficulties in typical childhood occupations.
Opportunity to work with a varied paediatric caseload, including children with developmental coordination disorder, sensory processing difficulties, cerebral palsy, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Services are provided at the clinic and, when required or deemed more appropriate, at clients' homes, schools, kindergartens, and childcare centres.
Opportunity to provide services to remote areas in the Midwest through face-to-face and telehealth formats.
Manageable caseloads with planning and administration time included.
