We are looking for Japanese speakers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to start a new career in the IT sector. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED Overview Provide technical support on to customers around the world including Japan. This role involves monitoring banking transactions and communicating issues with stakeholders in Incident and Change Management teams. Use an issue logging system to record, triage and drive events to resolution Interact with Customers, vendors, and support teams on a global scale? You MUST speak Japanese and be fluent in English 12 hour shifts ( 6am-6pm) - 7 shifts a fortnight. You will work 3 days one week and 4 days the next.
