**What's the role?**
**Pre-production**
- Assisting in the creation of shoot schedules for each project in collaboration with the Production Director
- Assist in creation of briefs for all crew with the Production Director (via the art team)
- Work with the Production Director to ensure all talent, crew and propping are organised
- Assist in creation of location documents to share with client
- Assist in sharing model packages with the Fashion team and ensure they are curated for the client facing talent doc in a timely manner
- Work with location scouts, confirm permits and teams
- Oversee product briefings across all categories and shoots
- Manage usage blurbs and deliverables with freelancers and talent
- Manage necessary transportation and accommodation for cast and crew where needed, alongside the Production Director
**Shoots**
- Own creation of call sheets and sharing shoot details externally and internally throughout the team
- Manage pre-production docs, ensuring product teams, freelance crew and art teams have fed in and finaliSed prior to the client pre-production meeting
- Attend shoots wherever necessary acting as the producer on set, ensuring all crew needs are met
**Post-production**
- Ensure storyboards are delivered to the Client Partner for all shoots 48 hours after wrap
- Ensure commissioning agreements and usage rights are maintained across print, digital and VM and shared with the Editorial Coordinator/design team prior to archiving
- Ensure all image orders are sent to photographers in line with deadlines and returned with all feedback actioned in collaboration with the art team
- Oversee reuse and add-on costs.
