Role Description
Applications for Graduate Investment Analysts January 2027 intake are now open. The successful candidates will become active members of the team and work on a diverse range of projects throughout the lifecycle of private equity, including the initial investment decision, deal closing, and post‐investment support. This role blends investment and strategy/management consulting work.
The Graduate Investment Analyst role will provide you the opportunity to:
* Work with ex‐consultants and investment bankers in a stimulating, fast‐paced and intellectually challenging environment
* Learn and apply your skills across a diverse range of industries
* Assist in transaction processes (acquisitions, sales, equity market listings, debt raisings) and actively participate in deal negotiations and due diligence
* Collaborate with portfolio company senior leadership teams on real‐world problems at the board level
* Combine investment analysis, corporate finance, business strategy and implementation work
Requirements
To apply, the candidate must have:
* Minimum 75 WAM from a top university
Strong candidates should be able to demonstrate one of the following:
* Internship experience with an investment bank, consulting firm or corporate
* High achievement in a sport or academic pursuit (e.g. debating) in the past four years
* Demonstrated high degree of engagement in a unique extracurricular activity
