About the Role
The Property Coordinator will coordinate property and site maintenance requirements across the business, including:
* Site, building and equipment maintenance
* Site, building and equipment upgrades
* Site, building and equipment compliance
* Landlord Property interface
* Customer Property interface
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Coordinate scheduled maintenance and upkeep of properties and equipment
2. Coordinate ad hoc maintenance and upkeep of properties and equipment
3. Ensure tracking and reporting of maintenance task progress
4. Ensure maintenance registers are maintained
5. Coordinate maintenance personnel
6. Engage contractors/suppliers to complete maintenance tasks and site upgrades
7. Oversee site upgrades and special projects as required
8. Develop scope of works and pricing for maintenance tasks and site upgrades
9. Be the interface between property owners and us
10. Be the interface between Customer properties and us
11. Ensure correct Company policies, processes and procedures are always followed by maintenance personnel
12. Participate in continuous improvement and audits as required
13. Assist with developing maintenance procedures and processes
14. Assist recruitment and training of maintenance personnel
15. Occasional travel to various sites from time to time
