About the role
Joe Rascal Group is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our Harley-Davidson Ringwood dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our exceptional fleet of motorbikes and related accessories. With a focus on building strong customer relationships, you will use your passion for Harley-Davidson to help customers find the perfect bike to suit their needs.
What you'll be doing
1. Generate Sales for new and used motorcycles within the fleet
2. Facilitate customer's test rides
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Support marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to drive store traffic and revenue
5. Assist with inventory management and stock control
6. Share your passion for riding and your understanding of motorcycling as a lifestyle choice
What we're looking for
1. Proven Industry sales experience
2. Strong product knowledge and passion for motorcycles
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
