Due to the continued success and growth of our hotel we have the opportunity to join our sales & planning team in a newly created role of Sales & Events Executive - Restaurant & Bars.
As Sales & Events Executive, you will manage the full end-to-end event cycle for all event-only business across InterContinental Sydney's F&B outlets including Aster, Treasury, Private Dining Room, Conservatory Restaurant and dedicated event spaces.
You will handle enquiries, qualify leads, conduct site inspections, negotiate and contract events, and plan and execute seamless, luxury-standard experiences.
This role requires strong organisation, exceptional attention to detail, and a sales-driven mindset focused on conversion, relationship building and delivering memorable guest experiences.

About You
* 1 + years' in securing and coordinating private events within the hospitality industry
* Ability to work across multiple diversified business units or multiple projects
* In-depth knowledge of Sales principles and selling techniques alongside working with luxury clientele
* Strong organisational, written & communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workload & manage project
* You must have full unrestricted working rights for this role
