**Job Description**:
We are looking for our next Front Office superstar to join our team. We are currently recruiting for Full Time Front Office All Rounder.
As our next Front Office All Rounder, you will:
- Deliver excellent service, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure every day is different
- Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding the neighbourhood attractions and amenities

- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- A people person who is able to make genuine connections with a passion for customer service, always making our guest's feel welcome during their stay
- Previous experience in high level customer service
- Can go out of your way to create memorable experiences for our guests
- Have the availability and flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday including early mornings and late nights and Public Holidays
To be successful in this role, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia. You have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
