Discover a career you didn't know existed.About The RoleYou will be working as a Food and Beverage Attendant with a focus on barista tasks.
You will contribute to and assist the team with the efficient running of the department according to the established brand standards of Hyatt International, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times when setting and serving food & beverages to guests, in order to maximise guest satisfaction.Some of the responsibilities include:
Attend breakfast, lunch and dinner briefings with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes and service
Be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
Attend all required training
Be charismatic and make conversation easily with a wide range of people
QualificationsA successful candidate will have:
Barista experience
A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
The ability to create a positive first impression
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
