Within this environment, the Project Manager (Cyber) leads the delivery of critical cyber security projects that enhance the safety, reliability and integrity of our digital ecosystem. You will work across diverse business areas to guide project planning, manage risks, ensure organisational readiness, and drive projects that uplift cyber capability across the university. You will
* lead the delivery of cyber security projects, ensuring alignment with UniSC's strategic objectives, business needs and approved project plans;
* manage project risks, budgets, governance and reporting to ensure high‑quality outcomes and strong stakeholder confidence;
* coordinate and integrate technical, operational and organisational change requirements to support successful delivery and adoption; and
* build and maintain effective relationships across the University, providing clear communication, expert guidance and well‑informed recommendations.

You are a collaborative, strategic and future‑focused project delivery professional who thrives in complex digital environments. With a strong foundation in cyber security programs and the ability to navigate competing priorities, you bring clarity to challenges and translate strategy into practical, achievable outcomes. You communicate with confidence, work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and apply sound judgement to guide decisions that balance risk, value and organisational impact. You will possess
* postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience in digital project delivery, or an equivalent combination of education, training and professional expertise;
* demonstrated experience leading cyber security programs and delivering complex digital initiatives involving integration, risk management and organisational change;
* strong analytical capability, ideally with experience in enterprise systems such as student information systems, research management systems or ERP platforms;
* proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate diverse teams and foster collaborative partnerships across an organisation;
* experience managing vendors, contracts and procurement processes, including familiarity with GITC or similar frameworks;
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to convey complex information, influence effectively and build trusted relationships; and
* knowledge of relevant frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL 4.0, COBIT, NIST CSF, Agile, TOGAF, PRINCE2, DevOps and Six Sigma.
