About The Role The Executive Assistant to the Chief Member & Growth Officer provides high level, proactive and trusted executive support to enable the effective leadership of the Member & Growth function. Operating in a fast paced, confidential environment, this role plays a key part in coordinating executive priorities, governance processes and strategic communication across the function and broader enterprise.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Member & Growth Officer and, where required, the broader Executive Leadership Team.
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel (domestic and international) and executive logistics.
* Prioritise and resolve sensitive and strategic matters, escalating issues appropriately.
* Manage correspondence and executive inboxes, exercising sound judgement and discretion.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions and ensure follow up and completion.
* Manage expenses, credit card reconciliations and payments in line with RACQ policies and budgets.
* Coordinate team communications, town halls, offsites, engagement activities and events.
About You
You are a highly capable and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in executive environments and builds trusted relationships through judgement, discretion and reliability.
You'll Bring
* Exceptional organisational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
* A proven ability to operate autonomously while building strong, trusted working relationships.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
* High levels of discretion, judgement and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
* A proactive, solutions focused mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
