Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain key relationships with customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
* Monitor and optimize sales processes across the sales group to achieve financial targets.
* Facilitate weekly and monthly sales team meetings to ensure position clarity and drive results.
* Lead the development and execution of national sales plans across multiple product segments.
* Design and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets for the Australasian market.
* Execute company-focused plans for strategic markets to ensure growth and profitability.
* Assess feedback and market intelligence to determine market development potential; define targets for customer groups and product ranges.
* Enhance the leadership capabilities of sales managers and sales resources within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
* MBA or Bachelor's degree (Business) or a degree in Electrical Engineering or related qualifications desirable.
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership position with direct and indirect channels.
* Experience in the Australian mining, EPC, Tier 1 markets and adjacent sectors in heavy industry.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve plans and deliver results.
