YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
Provide high-quality specialist Respiratory services to Peter Mac's patients and referring clinicians. Assess and manage patients with suspected lung cancer or other respiratory disorders at designated Respiratory Clinics, including Telehealth consultations. Participate in scheduled Lung Cancer Multidisciplinary (MDM) meetings and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Promote Respiratory Medicine, Peter MacCallum and the VCCC partnership.

Position Summary

Selection Criteria
* Current specialist registration with AHPRA
* Postgraduate specialist accreditation in Respiratory Medicine – FRACP
* Extensive experience in Respiratory Medicine, including lung cancer assessment & management
* Satisfactory participation in RACP CME program
* Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical, paramedical and clerical staff
* Effective communication skills with patients, carers, referring practitioners and multidisciplinary team members
* Interest and experience in Education and Research, including supervision of students and trainees
* Experience and interest in Telehealth
* Competency with EMR, Microsoft Office suite
