Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AWS Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale AWS cloud programs across multiple work streams, clients, and delivery teams. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can bridge technical cloud delivery with business outcomes, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
The AWS Program Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, stakeholders, and clients to drive successful cloud transformation initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud programs, managing multiple projects and work streams concurrently
* Define program governance, delivery frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
* Collaborate with AWS architects and engineering teams to align technical delivery with business objectives
* Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resourcing across programs
* Ensure adherence to AWS best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
* Drive continuous improvement across cloud delivery processes and methodologies
* Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes
* Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimations, and client presentations where required
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering large-scale AWS cloud programs
* Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud architectures, and migration strategies
* Experience managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
* Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive clients
* Strong financial, risk, and governance management experience
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Certifications (Preferred)
* AWS Certification (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Practitioner)
* Project / Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or similar)
* Experience working within consulting or professional services environments
