About the Role We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Technician to support operations across mixed farming systems, including broadacre cropping, livestock management and feedlot production. This role is hands-on and technical in nature, supporting farm managers through monitoring, data collection, and implementation of agricultural systems and processes. The position suits a candidate with practical agricultural experience combined with strong technical and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Monitor and record livestock performance, health and feeding regimes across grazing and feedlot operations Assist with feedlot data collection, ration monitoring and production reporting Support cropping programs including planting, crop monitoring, soil sampling and yield analysis Collect, analyse and interpret agricultural data to improve productivity and efficiency Assist with implementation of farm systems, technology and best-practice processes Support compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare and workplace safety requirements Liaise with farm managers, agronomists and external service providers as required Skills and Experience Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience aligned to Agricultural Technician Practical experience across livestock, feedlot and cropping environments Ability to collect, analyse and interpret agricultural data Strong understanding of modern farming systems and technology Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a regional farming team What We Offer Salary range $75,000 – $82,000 super, dependent on experience Long-term employment with a well-established regional agricultural business Opportunity to work across diverse farming operations Regional lifestyle in Goolgowi, NSW How to Apply Please apply by clicking “Apply Now” and following the prompts to upload your resume and cover letter.
