CS Operations Specialist Role Overview

This exciting role supports our Client Success team in delivering a memorable product experience for clients. As a CS Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial part in managing client tasks, data administration, and other value-creation activities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Perform administrative functions such as data entry to support team projects related to client operations.
* Identify and liaise with vendor-partners to deliver data projects.
* Analyse and understand data to make judgement calls on its accuracy and suitability based on predefined rules.
* Write simple SQL queries for reporting.
* Manage the creation of investor marketing collateral using AI tools.
* Own the hygiene and accuracy of Hubspot CRM and internal systems used by the CS function.


Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in operations or delivery, ideally in a fast-growing technology startup.
2. Strong data literacy and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
3. Exceptional project management and administrative skills.
4. Basic design skills and familiarity with AI prompts for marketing collateral creation.
5. SQL/Metabase literacy (or the ability to quickly learn).
6. Impeccable attention to detail.
7. A learning mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to develop creative solutions.
