FITT Resources provide a comprehensive range of services including project management, repair and upgrade, fabrication, construction, installation and maintenance, specialising in rotating machinery and asset management.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of service jobs and projects across our NSW region. Based at our Lisarow Reliability Centre, this role is critical to ensuring safe, profitable and on-time execution of service projects, while supporting growth and customer satisfaction across our service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of service jobs and projects, from scope definition through to completion
* Ownership of Business Unit P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and margin control
* Build and manage scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules and project documentation
* Coordinate internal teams including workshop, engineering, technicians and administration
* Manage contractors and suppliers to meet project deliverables
* Provide technical support for pump and rotating equipment service projects
* Interpret and respond to RFQs, RFTs and technical scopes of work
* Maintain and grow key customer relationships and identify service growth opportunities
* Ensure all work is delivered in compliance with WHS, quality and environmental requirements
About You
* Engineering or mechanical trade qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years industry and commercial experience in service/project delivery
* Strong background in pump systems, rotating equipment or mechanical servicing
* Proven project management, scheduling and cost control capability
* Sound commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and project margins
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
* High commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
* Ability to travel regionally as required
