Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and saying goodbye, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor club access and enforce membership policies while promoting a Judgement Free Zone culture.
* Sell memberships by showcasing the benefits of our fitness programs and services.
