Ampersand are partnering with a top-tier professional services firm to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join their dynamic and collaborative Business Development & Marketing team in Canberra.
Working closely with teams focused on the public sector and the Advisory, Risk & Regulatory space, this role will see you support high-impact client initiatives and firmwide marketing and BD projects. The Role
You'll be involved in a wide range of marketing and BD activity including :
* Assisting with the development of tenders, proposals, capability statements, and lawyer profiles
* Supporting research into industries, competitors, and clients to inform BD strategies
* Coordinating internal and external client events, including webinars, briefings, and seminars
* Managing website content and supporting thought leadership initiatives
* Contributing to firmwide BD projects and process improvement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who is collaborative, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have :
* A degree in marketing, communications, or a business-related field (or relevant experience)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
* The ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
* A genuine interest in professional services.
